“Mommy and Me” Classes
It is $5 extra to bring a second child to the toddler group, and necessary that at least one of the children can function ok without constant supervision. Infant group one child per parent only.

5 p.m. Ages 1-4!
Ages 1-4: For walking children, this class is a fun, creative and musical playtime with a yogic theme. It is geared more for the children but parents will get some yoga in also!
Class runs about 50 minutes. In nice weather, feel free to relax in the courtyard before or after class, but there is no indoor waiting area. All classes are the same cost as the regular yoga classes.
