Private Sessions with Wes are now available.
A private session lasts 75 minutes and provides an opportunity to create a custom practice for the individual. An excellent idea if you’re completely new to yoga, have been away from it for some time, are nursing an injury, or are an advanced practitioner and want to take your practice to the next level. Alignment issues can be addressed quickly and one will get more out of the general classes after having had some personal instruction. Advanced pranayama, meditation, and cleansing techniques can be taught in this setting as well depending upon interest.
It is a great idea, but not required, to take a private meditation lesson before joining our Saturday 8:15 a.m. ongoing meditation class.
